His link was posted yesterday by TheSignalEngineer on rmweb, so I can't take any credit for it. The Harrow, Edgware and London Railway would have been really quite useful. I'd musing joining the GNR Edgware station to the LNWR's Belmont station to access Harrow & Wealdstone...but Harrow on the Hill would have made for a much better orbital route.
