Morning all, Through an idiot friend of mine who doesn't understand these things I've been given an old style tube map. It looks like it has the date 1927 with Pearnen(?) as the artist for it. It's in mint condition and is currently hanging on my wall (where it'll stay), but somebody said "wow - that must be worth a lot" to which I said "pass". So any ideas on its value? (And no I'm not selling it ) Phil

Hi, what colour is the cover? The values of those can depend greatly on how much someone is willing to pay (obvious, I know...) but mint ones will vary from £30 to £100+ depending. Thats off the top of my head right now though but if you can get a photo of it I can get you a better valuation from comparing to my collection...

Hanging? Is it framed (then it would be worth lots, and look very very cool )

It is indeed framed, the frame is quite old. Whoever had it before my work colleague had photocopied (an old photocopy at that) a 1928 "what to see and do guide". There's a photo on my facebook somewhere, but I'll try and get a better one in the next couple of days.
