Travelling between West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens recently I thought that from the unusual noises there was a faulty axle bearing or somesuch.
On the way back different train,same noise now all trains make it.
After the recent rain I noticed that the shoulders of the rail head were that bright orange colour of freshly rusted metal.
Can anyone confirm that the rails have been ground between West Ruislip and the points into the depot just short of Ruislip Gardens?
