does anyone know if the wembley park shed mentioned here was the one that was once on the left heading into the station from preston road direction that is now sidings?

its the only one i can remember there was at wembley.
a shed is mentioned in this thread.

In fact all that changed when the sidings were revamped was that the roof and walls of the shed itself were taken away.

But for the purposes of simplicity and to easier answer the original question, the shed was in the same place.

The "Wembley Shed" that's at Quainton Road is a different shed. If my memory is correct, it was originally sited somewhere in what is now the station car park. It was taken down by Quainton Railway Society members and moved to Quainton Road - this happened some thirty years ago.
