Southern are terminating their services at NXG on the ELL due to engineering works at London Bridge.
Just wondering if they're using the flyover used by northbound ELL trains to turn round to return using Platform 1 at NXG or are using Platform 2 using a crossover further up the NR line to London Bridge?
Also, Southern ticket holders for some reason are not allowed to use the ELL/Jubilee as an alternative, they're using replacement buses to New Cross and being put on Southeastern services instead.

Emptying out in platform 5 at New Cross Gate and running forward to reverse over the crossovers north of the station to start back south from platform 2.
One track of the former New Cross Gate sidings was reinstated as part of the works for the ELL extension for this sort of move.

Southern ticket holders for some reason are not allowed to use the ELL/Jubilee as an alternative, they're using replacement buses to New Cross and being put on Southeastern services instead. The majority will be Travelcard or Oyster holders who of course can do this (provided staff advise them to do so). As for the rest, I expect the excuse they will give for not allowing NR passengers to use TfL services will be some variation on: 1. Too expensive (NR would have to pay TfL) 2. Too complicated (would have to programme the exit barriers at London Bridge LU (and Waterloo, Embankment, and Charing Cross too) to accept NR "London Terminals" tickets
