Baker Street is owned by Metronet, and Cobourg St by Tubelines.

P.S. Who owns that Metronet or the other lot? As an old mate of mine worked there and I want to contact him again. Might be worth sending a PM to citysig?

Just to clear up the matter of "Who owns Baker Street."
Baker Street is owned by the City Of London or some such organisation and the Queen.
13 Allsop Place is owned by London Transport property and through a sub-company called "Group Services Ltd" it is leased to London Underground Limited.
London Underground Limited have an agreement under the terms of their lease with Group Services and Metronet to "store" signalling equipment such as the computers in 13 Allsop Place for the purposes of using them to control LU's service (using infraco trains and track!!)
So in short, no one person owns Baker Street or the office complex, but Metronet do own the equipment we use to control the railway. A tangled web indeed.
Baker Street Met Line signalling centre looks as Harsig has shown, though at time of writing the lights are dimmer, the service is slowing down for the night, and there's a half-drunk cup of a certain tea on the control desk ;D
