Not quite as "oo-aa-oo-aa" as the JLE. Shiny though.

Fantastic! I really like the way the 'next train' screens are put above each door - makes more sense.

Now that is absolutely great. I think more of LU system should look like that. I also think more stations should have PEDs. I did notice on the maps that there is no interchange at Ilford. Didn't NXEA say that they would have some of their services stop at Ilford platforms 1&2 once Crossrail is completed?

I wouldn't read too much into the maps - they were open about the fact that they were mainly there for overall effect at the moment rather than any kind of service indication.

Looks really good. If that is the future of travel, I look forward to it that bit much more!

I must admit, I quite like that. Minimal fuss and clutter, not as "in your face" as some of the JLE stations.

i like the innovations crossrail stations would bring, i don't think where they placed a map for the train route is clear though. I wouldn't like all crossrail platforms to look as bland as that mock up and i hope they have clear station signs.

Its ok, but its a still a bit bland and soulless. Its not exactly up to the warm and friendly standard of old tube stations like marylebone, or the modern standard of places like north greenwich.
