Is the TrainWeb site run on servers provided by an outfit at www.streamline.net?

I've had a number of sites suddenly fail to appear, all claiming that they've been suspended due to nonpayment, and this streamline outfit appears every time!

Am I going nuts here?

EDIT: No, but my local DNS server is - nevermind...
