It's quite clearly an unrefurb D stock. The station I couldn't figure out for my life, but something tells me Mansion House or Tower Hill. Probably wrong.

Yep HSK +7, regardless of the stock (I can't recall any stock with that moquette, no green in the D79 stock that I recall!) for me the giveaway is the protective railing along the platform edge and the vertical girders.
