Waterloos planned junctions

Many times its been reported that a camden-esque junction would have been build twixt Bakerloo and Northern around Waterloo sometime in the 20s. Does anyone have any drawings or plans or indicative layouts for such a thing?

Also the W&C planned a connection to the Bakerloo earlier in the centuary which may or may not have lingeres this long. How would that have fitted into this all>?
