I was just about to start a thread on this myself!. I am currently downloading all of the 5 parts and look forward to watching this film again.
The first part is very timely given all the recent discussions about the Chesham Shuttle! ;D

Perhaps you are already experienced and don't need any help, but if you did want to combine the five parts into one video and not sure how to do it, just holler.

I liked the online viewings so much that I went out and bought the DVD. I am glad I did - it has a great 20+ page booklet along with it -with background stories and anecdotes, pictures, etc. John Betjeman was a true treasure. I enjoyed the very beginning with the "speed" trip along the line. I almost expected to see some "Benny Hill Beauties" running up the track in front of the train! ;D

When was it made? I am asking because the cars and fashions in some of the clips shout seventies. Also I did not see any registration later than 'K' which was 71/72 IIRC.
