Sunday ELL problems?

When I reached New Cross Gate this morning the CIS displays were showing only a 2tph LO service to West Croydon and to Crystal Palace. The northbound LO service to Dalston Junction was shown as x15 minutes.

I checked the Live Service Status on the TfL website but it showed no problems and looking at it now shows the expected 4tph service each to West Croydon and Crystal Palace.

Does anyone know what was up?
