Does anyone know if the incandescent main line signals in use on LU will ever be replaced with LED signals? So far, repeaters and FRLs are the only signals with LEDs so far...

Yes. AFAIK the stop signals on the Jubilee are (or started off as) incandescent signals, and were only recently replaced with LEDs for testing purposes.

I wonder if the Jubilee & Northern Lines' new ATO signals will all be LEDs? Mind you, thank god I don't have to use either any more - it's going to be problematic when they move over, isn't it? ? Almost definatly yes. LEDs are taking over from bulbs all over LU. We have LED platform repeaters, shunt signals, tail lights and door indicator lights as LEDS last longer than bulbs.

the shunt signals are not L.E.D they are fibre optic and are lit up with car fog lamp bulbs

Over the weekend, the NR signal heads in the Olympia area were changed to have the single-lens, 3-aspect LED type fitted. The route indicators (5-lights) were also replaced but retaining conventional bulbs it seems.
