Just a couple of quick questions about route knowledge on the parallel section, do Met drivers still sign the local from Wembley Park to Finchley Road and do Jubilee drivers sign the fast?
Also when was the last time that a Met used the local / Jubilee used the fast in or out of service?

I may be wrong but I'm 99% sure there's no points at Finchley Road anymore for trains to interchange between fast/slow lines.

That's true in the northbound direction.

I think you are right: this was disccused here a short while ago. I think the next crossover is at Neasden? I assume that the loop is still there on the SB just before Finchley Road?

So it's now Neasden as the remaining connections NB and SB?

Under the current signalling direct connections between the Met and Jubilee exist(ed) at Wembley Park (Southbound Jubilee to Southbound Met), Neasden (Southbound Met to Southbound Jubilee & Northbound Jubilee to Northbound Met) & Finchley Road (Southbound Jubilee to Southbound Met & Northbound Met to Northbound Jubilee).
The current status of these connections is as follows: Finchley Road: NB Met - NB Jub: Connection removed several years ago. Finchley Road: SB Jub - SB Met: Connection out of use and partially removed
Neasden: SB Met - SB Jub: Still available for use. Neasden: NB Jub - NB Met: Still available for use, but failed this morning.
Wembley: SB Jub - SB Met: Still available for use.

Any chance the ones at Finchley will be replaced ever? Probably a stupid question...

Given the current lack of money, and the current preference for simplicity of layout and isolation of lines I wont be holding my breath.

Neasden: NB Jub - NB Met: Still available for use, but failed this morning. Not 27 points I thought they were amongst one of the most reliable crossovers we have (not). (Controllers do not generally learn point numbers by heart. So when a set can be quoted, then maybe there have been too many times of late when that set has been the subject to scrutiny.)
