Must be Down as it's ex-PPJ. I am guessing by the stock that it's a between-peaks [post am peak] Reading train ECS run to Wimbledon Park Depot from Waterloo Windsor Lines platforms.

5Y99 is 11+56 Clapham Yard sidings (12+12 from Yard) - Wimbledon Park Depot via Down Windsor. It is a Q path and hence only runs when required.

Excuse me for bumping this thread but on Sunday, gathered from GENSHEET, as a reult of engineering works:
SUN to 0755 Clapham Jn - Wimbledon bus, a few through trains via East Putney.
So there will be a few presumably Down SWT trains only using the line until 0800ish.

I am pretty sure the first train up from Basingstoke to Waterloo goes via this route between Wimbledon & Clapham (in the opposite direction) in service with passengers. Well it did a couple of times when I used to occasionally catch it from Surbiton

Both of the above sound as though they could provide some good photography and videoing opportunities! ;D

There may be changes from the May timetable change so as to enable [more] SWT drivers to acquire/retain route knowledge over the diversionary route. There may thus be more trains booked that way.
