Hi all,
Since the new DVA on the District and Circle platforms has been installed at Westminster, it has brought the ever so smallest flaw with it. When announcing Circle line trains, the announcement is as follows:
"Platform X, the train now approaching is to Circle line....."
This is obviously grammatically incorrect, so I was wondering if it is to be rectified anytime soon?
Thanks

Haven't heard it myself, but IMO there's a slight chance it actually says "the Circle line"

Looks as though the system has read Circle line as a destination as it appears on the screen! . Don't forget the system was originally designed just for the 3 Tubelines, but is now becoming more widespread.

I think that this is the problem - the DVA treats 'Circle line' as a destination and so announces it as such.

Yes that's it, 'Circle line' is treated as a destination. Not really a major problems but was wondering if it was to be sorted out anytime soon.
