Yesterday and the day before, I saw four maintenance workers setting up boards roughly in the shape of humans, with white faces painted on the black board, and lots of other measurements. They seemed to be waiting for an acknowledgement from the train drivers in both directions.
I was too shy to ask if they were testing something. Does anyone know what they were up to?

Sounds like OPO (one person operation) camera positioning for the S Stock.

LU move customers from A to B, they used to do it via 'C'.

Thats exactly what it was for, although not so much for positioning. They use the Rotakins to test for various things including focus of image etc.
