Whilst I was traveling around the DC lines on a 378 "Cattlestar" I couldn't help but notice that despite the 378s being quite full, the Bakerloo trains were also quite full.
Does anyone know if LU has forecast the possibility that the punters will vote with their feet and begin using the 378s in preference to the tube stock? If so, is there the possibility of another service reduction on the cards?

Unless you are referring to when the Bakerloo stopped running to Watford in 1982. Since then, the serivce to Harrow and Wealdstone was reinstated, made daily, then made more frequent.

That is precisely what I'm referring to. Is such a reduction likely?

I would think that most passengers would just take the first train to their destination and not care about what type of train it is.

I doubt they will reduce the service beyond Queen's Park - first of all, there is the depot at Stonebridge Park and secondly, the Harrow and Wealdstone trains enable drivers to get some open air running. I also agree with StephenK's point - most people don't really care about the type of train.
