A single part question today, but there is a bonus point for working out why this place was chosen today: *Click image for a larger version*

Maisonettes at the east end of Wooley Street, Wallsend, looking towards the Tyne. Segedunum Roman fort, Wallsend viewing tower in the background. Taken from Wallsend Metro/bus interchange.
Connection: a station name shared between the LU and Tyne & Mear Metro St James' Park station...the Underground one having that name at one time?

It doesn't get more concise than that Oracle! My answer sheet says: Segedunum Roman Fort viewing tower, Wallsend, Newcastle
The link may be true, but it's not the answer we are looking for.
Its more to do with the date.

I thought about the dates but despite researching can find no correlation:
Wallsend was originally opened on 19th June 1839 was reopened as a Tyne and Wear Metro station on 14th November 1982. St James's Park station was opened on 24th December 1868. All I can suggest is that as regards SJP, it is the opening day of the Palmer Street entrance and booking hall?

Then either to do with St James's Palace of New Scotland Yard? The Bastille was a prison and was stormed because the attackers wanted arms stored there.

The other side of 55 Broadway is in Petty France. Yep, 14th July is Bastille Day and St James's Park is the closest station to Petty France
