Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm currently in the very early stages of making a very small LU layout; contained within the space of three A4 sized boxfiles. I had previously had to scrap this idea due to a house move but now am reinvigorated and ready for the challenge. However I do require some information that I hope someone could provide me. My EFE 1938 TS is in Devon, would anyone be able to measure a model of one and be able to give me the length in Milimeters please? I've tried searching on the internet to no avail. Am currently trying to scale down the real life measurement - but that wouldn't take int oacount if the model is incoreectly scaled. Highly unlikely that it is. Or a Radley Standard stock DM would be good as well if anyone has one to hand and its not too much bother. Many Thanks in advance! Cheers, ~ Matloughe

216mm from buffing plate to wedgelock coupler. That's a 1959/62 stock car.

Thank you very much Metman. Gives me an actual reason for an extra boxfile now.

Looking forward to seeing the fruits of your efforts.
Just been modifying an EFE 1938 tube unit with Black Beetle motors and Metro Models trailing bogies. Hard work to cut the chassis on the tube stock but well worth the effort.
