C is Piccadilly Circus - north end of Bakerloo Line platforms D is Russell Square - emergency stairs from stairs to westbound Due to a copy and paste error I made in the answer file, SE13 has not posted the full inset for image D (eagle-eyed forumites will spot there are two copies of the inset from image C instead) so here it is: (click for a larger version)

Inset C is Chepstow Bridge. Link - entrances not in the street the station is named after? (questionable for Piccadilly Circus).
