What is the service patten this weekend ?
Is the circle line terminating at Tower Hill and the Ealing broadways reverse at mansion house or is it the opposite?

Circles are running King's Cross to Whitechapel via High Street Kensington.
Districts are re-timed slightly, otherwise normal service.

No - you are confusing the Circle line with the Hammersmith & City line!! The services this weekend will be: - Circle - Kings Cross to Tower Hill via Victoria, then extended to & from Whitechapel
- Hammersmith & City line - Hammersmith to Edgware Road
There will be early morning & late evening C stock workings to & from Barking, but these are really only for the purposes of getting trains to & from the sidings and are not really to be counted as part of the service being provided.

Interesting one this weekend. No doubt Mr mrfs42 will have some idea what they're trying out ;D The works affecting the Circle and H&C are cross-rail works at Moorgate. So nothing can go further east than King's Cross, and nothing come any further west than Aldgate East onto the H&C. In past suspensions of this kind, a simple Hammersmith-King's Cross service would have been sufficient, with the Circle suspended entirely and the Districts covering the Edgware Road-High Street Ken route. Anyway, I'm sure they have their reasons. Makes for variety I suppose ;D

Daniel - please start threads in lower case with initial capitals. Pretty please . Circles doing a 'horseshoe'; yes indeedy it's not a 'natural' pattern - I'll guess that it is a trial for post-Whitechapel working. [1] Just out of interest, what TTNs are in force for this - because I think that despite the best efforts of the TTO, something is slightly off-kilter. [1] fffff.... 137 seconds?

I was on a Circle from Kings Cross to Tower Hill. From Kings Cross to Gloucester Road, the driver kept saying "This is a Circle Line train all the way round" And then at Gloucester Road, the driver said "the destination of this train had been changed. This train will now terminate at Whitechapel"
Do you think it was alright for him to say between KX and GR that the train would be going all the way roudnd?

Sometimes it is easier to tell a white lie in order to avoid confusion or misunderstandings - it's keeping things as simple as possible for as long as possible.

They do it all the time on SWT's and Thameslink's circular services. Otherwise you'd have trains at Vauxhall going in both directions to Waterloo from opposite faces of the same platform - one taking 5 minutes, the other taking 68!
