Is there a tunnel to the south of Wembley Park to allow Met line trains access to Neasden? I occasionally seen trains appear or disappear down between Metropolitan North Track (Plat 2) and Jubilee North Track (Plat 3) and wonder where they go..

A stroke of genius, putting that under the Met main lines, and popping up just before Wembley Park station. You have to hand it to the designers of the system.
