Some of your best work mate. What was the difference between batch I and II. Thought it was just the front vents.

Nice touch with the logo! (I don't remember them having it!) Good work though.

I can't recall them having logos either - good stuff though!

Only a couple of units had the logo. I think I read that LU banned it for some reason.

astock - all your drawings are superb side views. So your next challenge is to go through producing end views of all the stocks as you get round to them. That would be even more to drool over. So that's your challenge " if you choose to accept it"

So that's your challenge " if you choose to accept it" I was just about to suggest the same thing. Tube train "faces" are what define them for me as it's the first thing you see coming out of the tunnel or round the corner. ;D

There were some minor detail differences between batch I and batch II, apart from the roundel which was solid red on batch I but was replaced with the familiar Underground logo on batch II, car numbers were red on batch I and blue on batch II. Another difference was the interior lighting, batch I trains had luminators, but they reverted to traditional unshaded lights on batch II. Of course, both batches were fully compatible and interchangeable in service.
