I read on London Reconnections that Surrey Canal Road looks likely to be built. It's also featured on Transport Briefing, though no longer have access to read their material... (boo!) Lewisham Council look to have agreed to fill the funding gap. Now if only Lambeth would pay for Brixton to be built...
