I was just checking the Chiltern and tfl websites, and both state that Chiltern and Met Southbound services are not stopping at Ricky because of a damaged platform. Does anyone know how it got damaged and how bad is it?

Probably the extreme cold causing cracking/ other damage to the platform edging or surface.

Possibly the same as the problem on the Northern line, (can't remember which station was closed due a damaged platform) - this was that ice had gotten under the tactile strip at the edge of the platform causing it to rise and crack, creating a tripping hazard and an un-even surface.

Probably the extreme cold causing cracking/ other damage to the platform edging or surface. It would appear that 25 metres of nosing stones appear to be loose!
