Interesting that his Lordship is able to lean out of the cab window with the door closed. They were later modified to prevent you getting your head out of the window - something to do with running in tunnels where you might just bang your head :-)

Omigosh, looks about as bumpy as the 8mm film I took from a standard stock cab on the IoW in about 1968!
