Hey all- does anyone know when London Underground will fully take over the ex Silverlink Stations North of Queens Park- i.e. have proper London Underground staff on the Gateline and Ticket Office, Station Supervisors in the Ticket Office etc as opposed to the majority of Agency staff that are currently working there?

The ex-Silverlink staff all had the opportunity in joining LU. Many had problems passing the training. I coached at least one ex Silverlink member of staff who had failed the first attempt at the SS course, although they have well over 20 years BR service.
That was well over a year ago.
Use of private security was "solved" last April as a part of a joint RMT/ TSSA strike ballot. Although it's highly possible that the issues haven't actually be solved.
As for refurbishment - don't count your chickens. No money in the pot.

Also when will these stations be fully refurbished, they look terrible. IIRC sometime early last year most of the stations between queens park and harrow and wealdstone were re painted and there were posters at the time saying they would all be cleaned up a bit... bearing in mind this happened I think those stations may well remain that way for a while

There are still plenty of agency staff working that stretch so I don't think it's been solved very well. Stonebridge Park is currently being tarted up with better staff accomodation provided. A couple of the other stations were cleaned and painted last year. And I know it's not LU but Willesden Junction is currently being refurbished with what looks like staff accomodation plus better public toilets etc.

T Willesden Junction is currently being refurbished with what looks like staff accomodation plus better public toilets etc. Willesden Junction is a special case, as it is being rebuilt to accommodate 4 car LO units. The low level bay platform is being extended though the position where the old buildings were, so new staff accommodation is needed.
