About a week ago, I saw what I assume to be a 96 stock door handle (on the inter-carriage door). It was te pale blue colour as used on the Jubilee line stock.
Not surprising they are compatible, but I was idly wondering how it found its way there

I saw (what I assume to be a whole) inter-car door today in Jubilee colours on a northern line train.

I saw (what I assume to be a whole) inter-car door today in Jubilee colours on a northern line train. I work on a Northern Line Station and have seen quiet a few of them about. I was told that as they are replaced due to damage or wear and tear they are now using the Jubilee Version |

Interesting - do we know why? are northern line trains harder on inter-carriage doors? Did they make more jubilee line ones?
