Is the voice announcer for the Queensway lifts Anita? If you compare the "tickets ready" to "North Greenwich", you'll hear it sounds very much like her!
I found this video on youtube, and it features tourists laughing their heads off at the announcer!
When I used the lifts yesterday, they didn't use the "Ticket Hall. Please have your tickets ready" or "Please do not obstruct the doors."
Another clip displays the announcements far more clearly as there is no laughter - It also features the standard voice-over artist found at most 'Metronet' stations who is reading the service update.

Ahh I meant the voice-over artist herself - I'm yet to hear her at a Tubelines station. They tend to use someone else, who voices the new platform messages (e.g. "Northern Line. The train now approaching is to x; please stand back from the platform edge").
But yes the woman in the lift does have a very deep, posh voice!
