Grey area Chris.. Overground train on on the ELL.. Well I thought that as it was on the ELL.. oh well I'll know next time I see anything to do with the ELL & Overground stuff...

As I understand it, this section was to remain as it was part of LU. An admin should be along later to explain, but for now this thread remains here. I'm not the aforementioned admin, but my understanding is that this thread remains here and open for discussion related to the ELL prior to it becoming part of LO (although this could I suppose now equally take place in the Historical section...). Whatever the official line is, it might be worth making a sticky thread with it in.
