Hi Guys Firstly apologies if this is not in the right section. I'm working on a project which includes preserved items of the London Underground. I have a query with two ranges of wagons. 531003 to 531006 in preservation. These are rail flats which look similar to a BR Sturgeon, I have these as built by GRCW but no date. Were these actually built for LT or are they ex BR? Also was this the only running number these carried under LT control as these don't appear to fit in with the usual numbering range. The same questions apply to a dogfish ballast hopper 531023 at the Ribble Railway. Any help/confirmation appreciated. Steve Best www.preservedrailwaystocklist.org.uk
