As I am now the official source of all tubic information amongst my mates, I was wondering if anyone knows the answer to this?
"incidentally, do you or any of your fellow subterranean mole-men know why the jubilee line southbound always slows down & speeds up again shortly before getting into Baker St? seems pretty straight & level at that point so don't think it's bend/incline-related. been vexing me for a while now."
My guess is a speed-controlled signal. Does anyone know if this is the case, or what it really is?
Thanks

Perfectly sound adjective if you've done Latin or Greek at school or in the case of ducatisti get exposed to it as part of your job! ;D ;D

They get cross if I use latin these days. I managed a whole 1hr 30 mins presentation with only one bit of latin in... O tempora o mores...
On a mildly more serious note, the chap who asked says thank you for the assistance
