I'm thinking South Kensington as well.
If nothing else a nice view of the traditional construction of the end (possibly but not necessarily) of a tunnel telephone section showing the brittania joints on the double insulators and the joints in the tunnel wire tails just left of the tunnel lighting fitting. The cable of course for the uninitiated is two core 1/064 lead covered dressed with a bifurcated neoprene sleeve, otherwise known as a "two core tit", the red and black wrapped onto the cadmium copper 40 gauge open wires and soldered. The tunnel wire joints are formed by overlapping the two ends, binding them together using copper binding wire (usually these days cut from a multistranded rail bond) and using a pot and ladle to pour molten solder over the assembly.

I can't recall if NHG is completely subsurface having not been there for years but I think Paddington District and Circle is still open to the sky at one end so let's plump for that!

Sorry, missed that one, you must have posted a fraction before I did. Hmmm ... 'Cossack Farmstead' it says...
Is obviously part of some sort of open air museum of Russian life - as visited by Dmitry? - but not by me...

Ah, another Russian speaker then!
You are correct, my answer sheet says: "Kazachiy hutor" ("Cossack hamlet") open-air cafe, east of Krasnodar, Komsomolsky district, Russia. as taken by Dmitri
