The Central Line for Bve 4 is now available at Bve Routes & Trains. The route runs from West Ruislip to Perivale, and the route and train aren't mainly for open bve, so it doesn't exactly run on open brilliantly.

Very nice route! The train does have opening doors which is a nice bonus.

Hello there, Having a Vista laptop, and not being a computer expert to get BVE 4 to work, I only have Open and have given it a whirl....I know the cab sizes and speeds come out wrong, but I can tell that on BVE4 this would be a very exciting route indeed. I put the 92 stock on the Northern line and thrashed it down the tunnels on there, I would say the braking is pretty realistic, but not tried it on BVE4 yet so it's all rough estimates. Very good work indeed chaps!

Only thing is, to get Central line style approaches you have to brake one car or so before the station (on the Northern line) - the 1992 TS in reality hits most platforms in the pipe at around 60 - 65 kph, but they are 8 car platforms, and the Northern ones are around 6 and three quarters (remember, on most platforms 59 stock berthed with the driving cab in the tunnel, and also the back of the train in the tunnel as well). I'm gonna have a good go at trying BVE4 to work on the laptop, as I want to sample this route in its proper form

Do you?!!! Is it a new laptop? Did you have to change anything around or did it just work on its own?

hehe, i use a VISTA laptop to run BVE4 i find the only best way to run it is in full screen mode I used to do this with BVE4, works brilliantly with a PC with a decent size screen, quite a dark room and a good set of headphones. Conjures up (for a PC) quite a realistic atmos!

Anyway....don't know what has happened, but I can get BVE4 to work now! Must be those Windows Updates.....as Vista gets more supported all the time. Also graphic wise it works really well! Happy days for TM......
