Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good video, with sound, of the O and P stock fitted with the Metadyne equipment and any good publications of electrical control circuits of post 1938 stock. I have Mr Agnews 'Electric Trains' and found it such a riveting read for a maintenance electrician as myself. His supplement goes up to the 1938 with RPA control and wondered if there was any other subsequent publication. Darren.

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knows of a [...] any good publications of electrical control circuits of post 1938 stock. This may not be the answer you expected; but I'm pretty sure I've got a decent wiring diagram of (I think) the Hampstead stock. It is in a BFO textbook from c.1908 and admittedly aimed more at electric tramways, but it does have a meaty UndergrounD section. I've also got wiring and contactor diagrams for the K11/K12 GE/BTH controllers somewhere. The books are still over in Wales, but next time I go I will have a look at that bit of the library.

All Change at Earls Court would be my recommendation, however the narration is very mundane and boring which detracts from the material

I think when the Earl's Ct video was done, the O and P stock would have been converted to PCM resistance.
Good luck finding sounds from the Metadyne equipment, they were all replaced by 1965!

Thanks Chris, Your right metman, I have that DVD already and it mainly traces the CO/CP tour that took place near the end of there life. Unfortunately, what I can remember, there is very little of the O/P before conversion but I'll watch it again just to be sure.
