... is a District line service to ANERLEY !! At Richmond this morning I was amazed to see the District line departures being advertised, on the stations departure boards, as terminating at Anerley! It stated the platform number (in this case 6), the correct departure time, then calling points: Kew Gardens, Gunnersbury, Turnham Grn Und and ANERLEY. Now I wonder how many wrong sticks id have had to be offered and take to successfully get to Anerley (which I didn't know even existed until I got home and googled it (it's a 'Southern' station on the Brighton main-line). We sometimes get wrong TD's on the District, but this is new to me !

Easy. Turn right at St Mary's Junction! Nah the spoilsports have blocked that off, I'd go for doing a left just before Wimbledon, but you'd need to take a good run up at it, as you would be coasting beyond the points.
