I'm not a frequent LU user these days, so this is a wild guess...
Looks like an older station given the size of the tunnel, but the décor is rather nondescript. The tunnel appears to be at an angle, suggesting stairs or a (very small) escalator passage. I'm guessing stairs. Possibly from the corridor leading to some lifts.
So...
