This is Mackenzieblu's photograph of the northbound Victoria Line platforms at Green Park, so ATO gets the main points. Glyn gets bonus points though, as it really ought to be there!

Question is, what would this be, or have been used for? I'd hate to fill my billy can from that!

Question is, what would this be, or have been used for? I'd hate to fill my billy can from that! Is that a serious question? It's where the platform cleaners fill their buckets to wash down the tiles etc. There's usually at least one such point accessible from every platform though many of them are in non- public areas often off the passageways between platforms or off the ends of platforms.

Probably installed to fill fire buckets too, when they had them.
