I'll go for Rickmansworth for A (assuming I read the sign over the entrance correctly) and Heathrow T5 for the inset in B/C.

If it's any consolation, I have the answers, questions and locations well in advance, and I didn't spot that faux pas!
I actually do the quiz myself, but about 31 days before anyone else. In the 18 or so months (or is it longer?) than I have been doing this, I've only managed to pull Chris up once, and that was at Arsenal station, the place I know better than anywhere on the combine!
