Crich Tramway Museum for the inset. That I can believe; but it doesn't look like a Crich tram - I don't think there's one there with an open top and the 'Feltham' type bowed enclosed front; scenery looks 'right' for Crich, being double deck rules out Manx Electric. Whether it's by coincidence or not the inset looks like a photographic vantage point of the Yorkshire (Woollen District) Tramway - can't be as their open-toppers stopped quite early on... How about Seaton Tramway No. 12?

+1 for Seaton Tramway, having watched their cab ride video on their website, I'm gonna say it's the terminal station (at the end of the video)
