Hmm. I think I might be able to guess the pattern number for the cupboard and the use of Westinghouse Brake and Saxby Signal Company ties it down to a very small window in time.

Those cupboards aren't all that common - my guess is Farringdon East End of Outer Rail. And a least one of the blanked out labels will say 225 GR.
