1 June is a significant date for Kew Gardens station, but most notably, the District line service to Richmond started in 1877, serving this station..

Hmm. The cross on top is a bit of a clue. So are we looking at a former abbey or priory with a derelict building to the north ?
Stonework is light so could be southwest but does not look familiar; therefore Yorkshire?
