I have come across a new website that has recently been created by two photographers and a solicitor called Photolegal.com. There are opportunities to ask questions and listen/download to podcasts - as the site only launched in late April only the first podcast exist currently.
There are also links to photography news on other websites (currently mostly about the rights of photographers and stop & searches).
I listened to the first podcast last night (talks a lot about copyright laws & owner rights) and although its still trying to find its feet and develop a structure this IMO has the potential to be an excellent source of advice for photographers.
IMPORTANT - please be aware that the site only seems to cater for English/UK law
