This is an odd purpose for trains. Is the Circle/H&C the only line to designate such trains?

This is an odd purpose for trains. Is the Circle/H&C the only line to designate such trains? The same arrangements are enumerated in the preamble for TTN 11/99 (Covered Way No 58 Works), where the stabling arrangements are altered at Edgware Road so that the track in the platforms can be litter picked. The trains themselves are not used for litter picking. Other lines have altered stabling arrangements for track cleaning - the Waterloo and City changes the Bank stabler location between platform 7 and 8; the Bakerloo swap trains between NB/SB Sdgs and NB/SB Platforms so there is always one road free.

This is an odd purpose for trains. Is the Circle/H&C the only line to designate such trains? It isn't done anymore - at least not timetabled to happen each week anyway. Occasional revisions to stabling are made, but normally at short notice and arranged in the evening leading up to the revision.
