It is hard to be sure of perspective, but I'm pretty sure I've seen something like this on a station headwall - stabbing randomly in the dark, I'm going to suggest either Tufnell Park or Warren Street on the Northern.

I think our quizmaster has been at it again - the wall is correctly aligned, but the handrail has been turned!
