Is it my perception or not ? - The weather is pretty c**p i know but they seem to be running around with lots of black streaks and grime externally as if they arent going through the wash plant.I know you cant wash in freezing temps for obvious reasons - or its the wash plant OOS ?

there we are then ! - someone is going to fail on "ambience" score !
Shame really as the refurbs are nice trains - albeit bland.I look at the orange and brown of the older un refurbi stock and think "How retro" ....
I am always impressed though by the interior cleanliness ...and thats what most punters clock I suspect.
