B looks very much like Clapham Jct,Windsor lines platforms (2-6) I'll go out on a limb,and say A is Southfields. C does look like Liverpool st. D? Could be anywhere!!!

D is Holborn, as it is motorised I'm tempted to suggest that it is the Central Line.

A-Looks like Southfields but it isnt B-The inset on the right looks is the inside of the S Stock mock up at Euston. Not sure about the main picture and the inset on the left. C-Kings Cross D-?

A-Is somewhere along the Upminster Branch of the District Line but im not sure where exactly B-Clapham Junction or Richmond(looks like an overground platform) C-Definatly Liverpool Street (I know because I went there today) D-I dont know but I think its on the Central Line and because the track is kinda curved , Im gonna say Bank
