I meant Hillingdon. Going to Hammersmith today, which is how I think I got Hammersmith on the brain!

I've no idea about the location, but I must say I'm loving these line drawings we've been getting recently!

I've no idea about the location, but I must say I'm loving these line drawings we've been getting recently! Thanks for the comment, I'll see about including more in the future. They're time consuming to produce (every line you see is manually traced) but if they are liked then I know it's worthwhile. If people don't comment I just have to guess what goes down well and what doesn't.

Can I put a vote in for the line drawings too; they're superb!

Good grief! It never ceases to amaze me how clever you people are! john3ners was first in via PM correctly spotting Hillingdon. Hillingdon - east end of station and bridge over A40 *Click image for a larger version*

I wish they had kept Hillingdon in the same place, the new station looks tacky. Also, if they had to make a l-o-n-g diversion away from the old station, then it would encourage more people to travel by train.

Its location is the best that can be expected, and tbh the design of the station is pretty good. Its just modern archetecture looks aweful when its not properly maintained. Just look at the amount of paint peeling on beams even in this picture!

I mean if the A40 had to make a diversion.
