Foxed indeed, reversing the picture made it look like Alperton and what convinced me was the cranes! It's shameful as I worked at South Harrow regularly doing point and signal maintenance from 1997 to 2004, having said that I was mostly in and around the IMR at the opposite end of the EB platform or the sidings. Of course Alperton was where I routinely and frequently changed the trainstop at the EB starter as it was subject to failure from water ingress especially at this time of year!
